Hokage: Ryo’s Path

Chapter 28 Personal Thoughts on Jiraiya, Whether You Can Read It or Not

The author started watching Naruto in 2007, and for 10 years this year, Naruto can be regarded as my home work.

In the past 10 years, I have watched a lot of anime, and there have been many anime characters that impressed me deeply. I have been infatuated with Lu Luxiu's coldness and wisdom; I have envied the invincibility of the two blanks; I have looked forward to Kirito Asuna's SAO journey; I have liked Luffy's sincerity and frankness; but the only thing I have loved is Jiraiya.

Closer to home, let’s talk about it! The only character I've ever loved in anime so far.

One of Jiraiya's three ninjas, he has taught 2 Hokages in his life, the leader of Akatsuki, the largest mercenary organization in the ninja world. The other two, one is "Bridge to Peace", and the other is the person who threatened Obito for the first time with 600 billion detonating symbols.

Not only that, but Jiraiya is also a great writer. His "Kindness to Heaven" is one of the best-selling books in the ninja world, and even an elite ninja like Kakashi can't put it down.

It stands to reason that such a person is a well-deserved big shot, a wealthy local tyrant.

However, Jiraiya's life is not like this. For the rest of his life, he wandered outside every day, escaping, and looking for his former bondage Orochimaru. I admired Tsunade all my life, but left forever when Tsunade decided to accept him.

Jiraiya in Hokage is always a fool, a perverted pervert who likes to peek at women's bathhouses.

The dignified sannin, who was dealt with by Tsunade with a pack of medicine, took Naruto to practice, and he didn't forget to deduct the ramen money he saved in Naruto's frog wallet to drink flower wine.

It's just such a good-for-nothing uncle who has no integrity and no lower limit but has a terrifying popularity. I also died in the battle against Liudao Payne. I still clearly remember how I scolded Kishimoto in the post bar.

One is the standard good-for-nothing uncle, and the other is the legendary Sannin. The combination of these two images is Ziraiya. He used his life to tell a story - Jiraiya Hero Story!

For a ninja, it doesn't matter how he lives, but how he dies is the most important thing. The value of a ninja's life is not determined by how he lives, but by what he does before he dies.

Is Jiraiya's death worthwhile? He obviously could choose to leave after clarifying Liu Dao Payne's information, why did he have to fight to the death? To change the question, is Jiraiya's life a success?

Jiraiya's life is regrettable, but successful.

Jiraiya's life is inextricably linked with the prophecy's son. The reason why he did not choose to leave after collecting the information was because he believed that Nagato was the Son of Prophecy. Nagato has deviated from the path of the Son of Prophecy, and Jiraiya, as the leader of the Son of Prophecy, must correct this mistake.

Until the final dying moment, Zilai also thought of the disciple who was cheated of his wallet by him, taken to peep at the hot spring by him, and taught by him for two years—Naruto Uzumaki!

Two years ago, Naruto met Jiraiya in the women's bathhouse. Since then, this "lecherous fairy" has given Naruto the warmth of a family that he has never experienced before.

It is precisely because of the existence of Jiraiya that Naruto found his own way of ninja "go straight forward and never violate his oath!" A ninja like the one written by the master in "Ninja Legend".

Jilai also accomplished his task of guiding the Son of Prophecy brilliantly, and died with joy. Jiraiya's life is undoubtedly a success.

Finally, let me say a few digressions. When the anime Jiraiya's Death was broadcast, it happened to be when I went to Japan to go to high school when I was a child. According to him, fans often smashed the glass of Kishimoto's house at that time.

In the end, I am writing this just because of my love for Jiraiya, thank you for reading this.
